If you're an engineering professional with project management experience who thrives on bringing order, structure, and technical know-how to high-impact facility projects, this is your chance to shape the future of a mission-critical organization.What You'll DoLead small design and construction projects (minor construction, facility repairs, HVAC/electrical system upgrades).Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and USPS teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.Provide expert technical guidance, feasibility studies, and cost analyses to resolve project challenges.Draft RFPs, review bids, and manage contractors from kickoff through final acceptance.Conduct inspections and oversee progress to ensure compliance with USPS standards.What We're Looking ForDegree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural), or Construction Management (ABET-accredited for engineering).3–7 years' experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.Skilled in project scheduling, contractor oversight, and technical documentation.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Flexible and willing to travel.
