As a Security Officer Identity Validation in Newnan, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor alarm panels, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Control entry and exit of vehicles, personnel, and materials in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted production, warehouse, and office areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; document observations and complete required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
