Start your career in the fast-growing beverage sales distribution with one of the fastest emerging brands at Hayden Beverage.We are currently hiring a Production Lead for our Boise team.Compensation: $21 - $23 per hourSchedule: Sunday through Thursday (starting at 10pm MST)Production Warehouse Lead Job Details:Perform logistics and physical tasks associated to the selection and loading of product in accordance with proceduresAdjust the daily routing order to maximize production efficiency based on the size of day and production staffRelay any truck changes or special loading requests to logistics, loaders, and managementBe able to comfortably back trailers into loading docks at the start of the shift and throughout the dayProactively problem solve with a supervisor on any truck or route issues that may arise after external help is unavailableEnsure all pallets are staged correctly and are "up stacked"/"down stacked" correctly to provide the most optimal travelling conditionsAccurately load an end loader trailer in order and maintain a 99.5% loading accuracy rateUtilize heavy lifting equipment to load a side loader truckVerify all transfer squares are empty and properly loaded prior to the trucks leaving their loading baysComplete all BOL paperwork and SV/Twin logistics in a timely manner dailyCommunicate all special requests are finished at the end of each night to delivery, including transfer squaresReceive any product loads throughout the night to be keyed in and put away by day crew the following dayHelp ensure the accuracy of all inventory by reviewing that inventory management procedures are being met and followed correctlyLead safe workplace practicesOrder picking, sorting, stocking the picking line, pulling orders and loading trucks for delivery the next dayQualificationsThe Qualified Candidate:Demonstrates ability to follow directions and with necessary attention to detailAble to follow directions and take initiativePhysically able to move product by hand or by operating different kind of lift trucks/forkliftsAcceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's licensePre-employment 4-panel drug testing and backgroundAble to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 poundsBenefits:Free product every month: beer, wine, Red Bull, Non-alcoholic beveragesDiscount on Hayden's productsAffordable medical, dental, and vision plansCompany paid life insurance and STDPaid holidays and PTO packagesReferral bonuses401(k) with Match529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k)Gym membership reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks at Work Discount ProgramSafe Ride Home ProgramAbout Hayden:At Hayden Beverage Co. we strive to be more than a team.
