Work Environment\nThis remote position allows counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, offering the flexibility that modern professionals seek. Our operational hours span Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses and personal histories. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Participate in peer reviews and case consultations to elevate the quality of care and share professional insights. \n
- Provide educational support to clients and their families, imparting knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources. \n
- Stay informed about the latest mental health research to enhance practice relevance and effectiveness. \n
Our counselors engage with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals grappling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- An active state license (such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) to practice independently. \n
- Proficient in applying solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to individual clients’ needs. \n
- Demonstrated exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. \n
- Ability to navigate challenges with critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills. \n

- Prior experience working in crisis intervention settings and managing acute mental health situations. \n

- Competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
