Full benefit program, including: health, PTO, & 401k + contribution Requirements Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree Seven (7) - Ten (10) years' of related experience Summary CICONIX, LLC is looking for a Program Manager III with leadership experience to support the Naval Medical Research Unit - San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) team. The Program Manager will provide contract-level oversight and coordination across all PWS task areas. About the Role Oversee contract execution, staffing, deliverables, financial tracking, training compliance, and Government interface. Manage staffing, funding projections, and deliverables. Coordinate with COR/KO on performance matters. Oversee training, security, and compliance requirements. Monitor contract performance metrics and reporting. Provide technical and editorial support for research projects to include project management, expenditures projections, funding requirements, and assisting PIwith composition of contracts for scientific requirements, i.e., equipment purchases, preventativemaintenance, scientific modeling and design. Assist with the planning and organization of any working group meetings of government, academic, and industry subject matter experts with respect to variousaspects of the directorate’s research projects. Assist with day-to-day laboratory activities, including (but not limited to) tissue culture maintenance, running biomedical assays, microscopy; procedural notes anddata generated shall be documented in an assigned laboratory notebook. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree. Experience: Ten (10) years' of related experience with a bachelor's degree. Seven (7) years' of related experience with a master's degree. Security & Background Check: U.S. Citizenship and a successful background investigation are required. Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Additional Requirements: Willingness to comply with the government vaccination requirements.
