- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
- Handle basic repairs on pultrusion machines
- Install, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment
- Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment
- Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints, using hand tools and test equipment
- Carry out all other tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety policies and protocols
- 3 years minimum previous work experience, electrical degree, or related degree from a technical college required
- Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, reach, and lift 30-40lbs throughout shift
- Must be skilled in the use of hand/power tools and reading blueprints/repair manuals/parts catalogs
- Possess experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and follow up skills
- Present professional and positive attitude
- Ability to maintain focus while working independently
