We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. As Quality Manager , you will play a key leadership role in implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs. Working closely with Operations and cross-functional teams, you will help drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include: Implementing and leading Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs. Preparing for and leading regulatory, customer, and third-party audits. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Leading and developing the Quality team while promoting a strong food safety culture. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance product quality and operational performance. We\'re looking for someone who has: 10+ years of experience in the seafood, aquaculture, or food manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in FDA Seafood HACCP, FSMA, SQF/GFSI, GMPs, and food safety systems. Experience leading Quality Assurance teams and regulatory inspections. Strong analytical and leadership skills.
