What You'll Do As a Production Associate / Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include: Operating and monitoring production equipment Cross-training on different machines and processes Loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed Checking products to make sure quality and machine specifications are met Identifying and removing non-conforming parts from production Reviewing and following manufacturing documents and work instructions Reporting equipment, quality, process, or documentation issues to leadership Troubleshooting and recovering minor machine faults Performing tool changes and assisting with preventive maintenance Working around coolants, oils, and other industrial materials Supporting other departments as needed Performing other duties as assigned
