Field Operations Manager (Commissioning)

OverviewThe Field Operations Manager will direct, review and manage daily operations and staff, including all reporting. The Manager will monitor processes and budgets to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Additionally, they will Develop a workforce plan to align the needs and priorities of projects and to identify and develop key employees.Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renew able projects. This position is remote with regular travel (50-75%) to jobs sites. A vehicle allowance will be provided. When travel is required, meals and lodging will be covered on a corporate expense card.
