Sales Development Coordinator

We're a growing residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company looking for a Sales Development Coordinator who can connect the dots between data, customers, technicians, and Project Managers; combining sales development with project coordination to mine opportunities and help turn them into wins. Match customers with the right technician and Project Manager based on their needs and the best opportunity to earn the work. Connect with 60-100 customers per day via phone, email, and text. Identify opportunities and grow Memberships using empathy, urgency, and trust-building. Re-engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities. Support Project Managers with closing and follow-up conversations. Handle cancellations professionally and with care. Manage financing and payment collection for your closed deals. Keep customer activity organized and documented in ServiceTitan CRM. Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities may extend beyond normal office hours as customer and business needs require. What Winning Looks Like Mine and coordinate 40+ sales calls for technicians per week. Achieve 100+ new Membership growth per month. Contact all unsold leads within 24 hours, with multiple attempts across multiple days and channels. Build a growing pipeline and stronger customer relationships every week. Identify opportunities others might miss and put the right people in the best position to earn the work.
