In this position, you will:

• Deliver direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Oversee care and treatments, perform patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient inquiries.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients, the use of hemodialysis equipment, and the standards of care associated with hemodialysis.

• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification is preferred (assistance in obtaining this can be provided).
• A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
