This is a Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA or Bellevue, WA (3 days in office), reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications in the IT Business Apps department. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic link between business goals and technical execution, leading the design and delivery of scalable Sales Cloud solutions. You will partner deeply with cross-functional teams to translate complex GTM requirements into high-impact systems that drive efficiency and growth.What you'll do (Role Expectations)Serve as a process and systems leader with deep ownership of how GTM strategy is operationalized across toolsCoordinate and facilitate discussions with key business stakeholders to define business and systems goals, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring clarity of deliverablesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical designs, and handle intakes and troubleshooting in a timely mannerDesign and orchestrate agentic workflows, scalable, intelligent solutions that automate sales processes and optimize GTM operationsLead and guide offshore and onshore teams through the end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of GTM process and workflows in Salesforce and other GTM toolsWho You Are (Success Profile)You thrive in ambiguity. You have a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly to win for the customer and the team.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving5+ years of IT experience including the software development life cycle or equivalent experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platformExperience gathering requirements, designing business processes, and implementing Salesforce solutions for sales and partner managementDemonstrated ability to drive projects with cross-functional and globally distributed teamsStrong analytical, data-driven, communication, and organization skills; able to provide occasional after-hours support for critical issues as neededWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience with GTM Planning, Qualification, Activity Management or similar sellers-related tools, and integrating them with Salesforce platformBackground in Account and opportunity management, or building scalable lead to opportunity business processesExperience delivering AI-enabled workflows using Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein or Agentforce, or other AI toolsBase Pay Range$108,500 - $155,000 USDZscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
