OVERVIEW

UniCura Health is a new senior home care company built in Morgantown, for Morgantown – opening this fall with a simple promise: more good days at home. We are led by a veteran home health executive with a thirteen-year, deficiency-free survey record in this region, and we are building the agency that discharge planners, physicians and families can actually count on: calls answered, short shifts covered, care that shows up. We are hiring the person who builds our referral network – and we will know we found you if discharge planners already return your calls.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Referral relationships across Monongalia, Preston, and Marion counties: hospital case management and discharge planning teams, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physician practices, senior centers, and the professionals families trust (elder law attorneys, financial planners, trustees)
• A disciplined weekly call pattern with activity and results tracked – you always know which relationships are producing
• Our signature programs in the field: rapid post-discharge starts (including the short visits other agencies refuse), dementia care with a post-diagnosis starter package, evidence-based family caregiver support, post-surgical recovery packages, and a caregiver continuity commitment
• The market feedback loop: what referrers ask for and where families struggle comes back to the leadership table through you – in this company, the liaison helps shape the services
• Community presence: senior events, provider education, association meetings

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

Learn our programs cold and shadow the Executive Director on introductions to her established referral relationships. Build the target account list and start the call rhythm. By day 90: five or more accounts referring on a repeat basis and a pipeline you review weekly with the founder and ED.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $52,000 base salary
• Quarterly bonuses tied to company growth milestones – realistic first-year earnings $60,000 to $65,000, reviewed on a transparent scorecard (no black boxes)
• Health insurance and 401(k) following a six-month introductory period
• Mileage reimbursement for field travel
• Ground-floor founding role with a real growth path: as we expand across North Central West Virginia, this seat grows toward Director of Community Relations

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years in healthcare business development, community liaison, admissions, marketing, or case management – home care, home health, hospice, or skilled nursing strongly preferred
• Existing working relationships in North Central West Virginia healthcare - the kind where your calls get returned
• Comfort being measured on results and the self-direction to run a field role
• Genuine warmth with seniors and families – referrers send patients to people, not logos
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean MVR (mileage reimbursed)
