ACLS and BLS required (must be AHA)

Every other weekend required

Charting: Paragon

No locals within 50mi 2y LPN exp required Swing Bed Unit (Skilled Nursing Unit) 3x12s Night shift Every third weekend required Willing to accomodate Block Scheduling ACLS and BLS required (must be AHA) SNF experience preferred
