Location: Conyers, GASalary: Based on ExperienceBenefits Offered: 401K, Dental, Life, Medical, Vision, PTO, Holiday PayShift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to 1:00 am (3am)**** 2nd shift, all training will be done on 1st shift for 90 days unless otherwise stated****MGM Products is a fast-paced, growing company that has been in business for 40 years. We manufacture sheet metal products for the HVAC industry. We are seeking driven, dedicated, and positive people to help us grow and continue to satisfy our customers.We are looking for a Shift Lead to supervise our small but growing 2nd shift. This individual must be able to lead the team to deliver daily production goals. Responsibilities include, leading daily production/safety meeting, deliver scheduled production goals provided, perform Quality Control, all while promoting a safe work environment. This is a working lead position and not a supervisor.Job duties:Ensure 100% safety and cleanliness of the shop.Hold team accountable to production goals and quality standards.Handle materials and products, various means; Forklift, telehandler lift.Maintain high level of quality: work with Quality on reporting defects and help to continue to make improvements.Work off the schedule provided by the Manager and hit daily/monthly production goals.Trouble shoot/problem solve, there is no support on this shift. You will need to be able to work through problems with minimal support.Secure the facility.Great work ethic and lead by example.Skills and Qualifications:Use of basic hand tools: drills, drivers, tape measures.Leadership and ability to hold your team accountable.Trouble shooting/problem solver.Must be able to read blueprints/drawings.Self -motivated: stay on task without supervision.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently.Must be flexible as things can change rapidly.Bilingual - Spanish is preferred.About MGM Products, Inc.: We are a small and growing manufacturer with 3 locations and approximately 100 employees.
