The Opportunity

As a Team Member, you are an important part of the guest experience and the restaurant team. You will help prepare quality food, serve guests with speed and accuracy, maintain a clean and safe restaurant, and support your teammates throughout each shift. This is an opportunity to build valuable skills while working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
• Take orders, process payments, and handle guest requests professionally.
• Prepare and package food according to Burger King standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Stock supplies and help keep the restaurant ready for business.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared to contribute to the shift.
• Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy periods.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you grow.

What Success Looks Like

• Guests receive fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Food is prepared correctly and consistently.
• The restaurant remains clean, stocked, and safe.

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least 16 years old.
• Positive, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong commitment to guest service and restaurant standards.

Preferred

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience.
• Interest in developing toward a leadership role.
