Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional function
- Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education, to meet patients' needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patients' complex needs and promote optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in peer consultation and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches
