Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, overseeing end-to-end restoration projects from initial assessment through final reconstruction. This role includes planning project scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinating field teams, expeditors, and subcontractors; and ensuring work complies with safety, building codes, and industry standards. The Senior Project Manager will conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, manage logistics for materials and equipment, and resolve issues that impact schedules or quality. Daily responsibilities also include communicating with property owners, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders, preparing status reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, with accountability for project performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead multiple restoration projects simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities to keep permits, inspections, and materials on schedule.
• Candidates should possess inspection expertise, including conducting site Inspection for quality, safety, and compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, including Logistics Management to coordinate crews, equipment, and material deliveries across multiple job sites.
• Relevant experience in property damage restoration, construction management, or a related field, preferably in water, fire, mold, or storm restoration.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with insurance adjusters and property owners.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and basic office productivity tools; familiarity with restoration or construction management systems is a plus.
• Applicable certifications (e.g., IICRC, PMP, or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license are beneficial.
