Physical Therapist, PRN, Acute Care Rehab, Baptist Beaches

Baptist Beaches is currently looking to add a Physical Therapist to our Acute Care Team in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN opportunity requires working at least 3 shifts per month, including weekend and holiday coverage rotations. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in acute care, neuro and ortho. Job Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients in the acute care setting. Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability. Oversee support staff. Participate in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities. Maintain within budget guidelines. Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements. Experience Requirements 1 year Experience working in an Acute Care setting strongly preferred Orthopedics & Neuro Experience Medical Surgical Nursing Experience Education & Credential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Required Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
