Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents on meaningful therapy goals while supporting independence, safety, and functional progress.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity function
Reinforce adaptive techniques and therapy strategies to support daily routines and independence
Observe resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the OT
Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
