Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of Rochester, NY and in Canandaigua, N.Y. Jordan Health is now seeking a Dentist who, under the guidance of the Chief Dental Officer, is primarily responsible for administering the highest quality of dental care to Jordan Health patients. To restore and maintain dental health by diagnosing and treating, operating on, or prescribing for any disease, pain, injury, deformity or physical condition on the hard and soft tissues of the oral or maxillofacial regions and also improve function and appearance. Education And Experience Required:· DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution. · 3-5 year’s clinical experience.Licenses And Certifications:· Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in NYS.· Provider BLS/CPR certification.· Infectious Control Certification.· DEA registration.Special Skills, Knowledge Required:· Must be committed to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. · Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), a positive attitude, and commitment to goals and objectives of the dental department.
