Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Tallahassee, FL (Sign-On & Relocation Available)

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department. The ER RN manages patients from minor injuries to critical conditions, using strong clinical judgment, multitasking skills, and teamwork to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in the emergency department
• Provide care for acute, emergent, and critical conditions
• Develop and adjust individualized patient care plans
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients simultaneously
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital policies and protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ER Acute Care RN experience
• Critical Care experience preferred
• Active Florida RN license or compact license (FL licensure within 60 days)
• ADN or RN Diploma required
• BLS required before start
• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 90 days
