Overnight Shift | Full-Time

Dos Hermanos is hiring an Overnight Kitchen Production Associate for our Easton restaurant.

This is a great position for someone who likes working independently, following a routine, and getting things done. Restaurant cooking experience is not required. Most of the job involves assembling, portioning, preparing, and packaging food using simple, repeatable procedures. There is some basic cooking involved, but the position is designed to be easy to learn and we will provide training.

• Assemble and portion food according to Dos Hermanos recipes and standards
• Prepare ingredients and products for the next day's business
• Perform basic cooking and reheating using established procedures
• Package, label, date, and organize finished products
• Stock and organize kitchen and storage areas
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature procedures
• Clean equipment, work surfaces, floors, and production areas
• Complete an overnight production checklist before the end of each shift
• Help ensure the Easton team walks into a clean, stocked, and ready kitchen each morning

You do not need to be an experienced cook. We're looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and comfortable working overnight
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Good at following recipes, checklists, and simple instructions
• Organized and consistent
• Comfortable working on their feet and in a commercial kitchen
• Willing to learn basic food preparation and cooking procedures
• Serious about cleanliness and food safety

This isn't a traditional line-cook position. You won't spend the night working a busy restaurant service or need years of kitchen experience.

The job is primarily production and assembly : follow the process, make the product correctly, keep your area organized, and set the restaurant up for a successful day.
