Responsibilities include: Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other everyday banking transactions Assisting members with loan applications and account services Identifying financial solutions that meet members' needs Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity Building relationships that create lifelong members Navigating multiple systems while maintaining regulatory compliance Promoting products and services that help members succeed financially Who We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who: Enjoy helping people and building meaningful relationships Bring a positive attitude and strong communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Are dependable and committed to providing exceptional service Can confidently identify opportunities to recommend products and services Adapt quickly and remain composed under pressure Are excited about growing with an organization that is investing in the Saline community Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One year of banking, retail, sales, customer service, cash handling, or related experience preferred Why TRUE?
