Marketing Program Manager

Job Title: Marketing Program Manager Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be part of the Functions VRO – Sales & Marketing Transformation team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization. Location: Remote but must be local to Chicago, Illinois in case onsite meetings are required What's the Job? Lead and manage a complex, multi-workstream Sales and Marketing Transformation program from planning through execution and benefits realization. Develop and oversee integrated program plans, schedules, and governance routines to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders across various functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and gaps across the program to mitigate potential impacts. Coordinate and support multiple project managers and teams, promoting best practices and continuous process improvements. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in program management, especially within large, complex, and global environments. Proven experience leading transformation initiatives in sales, marketing, or related functions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
