Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM (Every other weekend and holiday)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. This position requires a commitment to the core values of patient safety and quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy as needed.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and other health verifications upon hiring.
