Financial Analyst Jr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities for various business programs and projects
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and financial insights
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation
• Support project financial planning and monitoring activities
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of financial information
• Collaborate with team members to support business and financial objectives
• Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
• Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related functions
• Experience with financial reporting and data analysis
