Financial Analyst Jr

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities for various business programs and projects
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and financial insights
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation
- Support project financial planning and monitoring activities
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Collaborate with team members to support business and financial objectives
- Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related functions
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis
