To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: **Job Description:**Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country’s first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. The landmark casino is now home to over 1,000 state-of-the-art, newest-title slot machines and other local favorites such as Diamond Lottos, Fort Knox, Pirate’s Loot. The gaming leader also offers 24/7 live table game action with games including Blackjack, Baccarat, Spanish 21, Three Card Poker and many more. Seminole Classic Casino also features the Hollywood Hall entertainment pavilion and the Stage Bar, a full-service bar that features live entertainment nightly. Patrons can enjoy the EATstreet dining area with food options such as Slice and Mojoe as well as a burger and wing joint named Flying Cow.**Our Commitment to Service:** We don’t have customers, we have Guests. Unparalleled Service isn’t just a part of our mission statement at Seminole Gaming; it’s a commitment to each and every one of our current and future Guests.Under the direction of the Cage Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for controlling and accounting of transactions for the cage windows, main bank, chip bank and check bank. Performs high volume cash and non-cash transactions for our guests and internal customers in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**May include but are not limited to:* Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.* Responsible for the impress bank issued. Perform guest and in house monetary transactions.* Balance and issue impress bank to team members.* Enter patron transactions into the company computer system accurately.* Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with our Standards and Procedures (S&P's), and within the guidelines of Internal Controls. Signs all documents legibly and in accordance with S&P's.* Transfer cash, chips and checks between cages and/or departments in an accurate and efficient manner.* Strictly adhere to department policies and procedures in order to maintain integrity of the Cage operation. Apply accurate transaction and balancing practices.* Participate in the daily cage reconciliation process.* Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.* Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.* Promote positive public/team member relations at all times.* Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility* Performs all other duties as assigned.* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.* Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.* Strong cash handling and counting skills.* Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.* Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.* Ability to develop knowledge of computer systems, both company and vendor provided, to a proficient level.* Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.* Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.* Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines and controls.**WORK ENVIRONMENT:*** May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
