Senior Change Management & Training Lead
University of Texas Health Science Center
UT Health San Antonio is seeking a seasoned Change Management lead to guide organizational change across project lifecycles. You will analyze impacts, design testing and training, and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
You will also act as Communications Manager, delivering plans and media across SharePoint, websites, blogs and social channels, while driving continuous improvement in messaging and stakeholder engagement.
