We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a well-established, family-owned dermatology practice serving communities throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity created due to continued practice growth. The incoming Dermatologist will join an established team of physicians and advanced practice. Not required to work at all locations.

Position Highlights

Clinical Services

The practice provides comprehensive treatment for a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, eczema, allergies, bacterial and fungal infections, rosacea, nail disorders, hair disorders, hives and other skin conditions. Cosmetic and aesthetic services include anti-aging treatments, facial and laser rejuvenation, laser hair removal, hand rejuvenation, lip enhancement, spider vein treatment and other advanced aesthetic procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time (5 days a week) Base Salary: $575,000 Must see a minimum of 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.5 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.5 million until the year ends.

4 Days a week Base Salary: $540,000 Must see a minimum of 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.25 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.25 million until the year ends.

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Eligible for an unrestricted Ohio medical license
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Interest in joining a collaborative, established and growing dermatology practice
