Construction Project Engineer

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of project engineering and civil construction work. They thrive in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self‑oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Phoenix, AZ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS

Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues. Conduct research and studies on site. Manage field activities and implement engineering designs. Diagnose construction or machinery problems. Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise. Oversee repairs and technical improvements. Oversee subcontractors. Track material costs and quantities entering project sites. Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory. Assist other engineering departments as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
