Manufacturing company is looking for a Production Worker on 1st & 2nd Shift!
Job Duties
- Ensure parts are balanced to meet production goals, including cycle time, quantity and quality.
- Set up and operate balancing machines; ensure proper fixtures and speeds are utilized per setup instructions. Verify settings by measuring positions, first run part and sample workpieces.
- Properly and safely select, align, secure and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines.
- Measure and check dimensions and tolerances using measuring devices, including (but not limited to) calipers.
- Perform daily maintenance on machinery. Conduct routine inspection and request replacement of worn-out tooling as needed.
- Reading tape measures
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
- 3-4+ years of machine operating experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing production environment
- Ability to stand a majority of the day and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day!
