$150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Director of Investor Relations to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

Lead capital raising across UHNW individuals, family offices, and RIAs
Develop investor relationships through communication and events
Create and manage investor pitch decks, reporting packages, and updates
Work with investment and operations teams on data rooms and DDQs
Represent the firm at conferences and investor meetings
Provide strategic insights from investors to guide product development

Requirements

5+ years of investor relations experience
Background in private wealth or capital raising
An established network within the private capital ecosystem
Proven record in fundraising or managing LP relationships
Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of private credit and alternative investments
Experience in high-growth, founder-led firms preferred
Skilled in Excel, CRM systems, and investor platforms
