Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

The Villa Rehab is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team.

We provide a warm, supportive environment where our staff can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while growing personally and professionally. We are looking for dedicated caregivers who take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.

• Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs as assigned.

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.

• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.

• Compassionate and enthusiastic approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

• Ability to work assigned shifts and schedules.

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
