In this pivotal role, you'll lead transformative projects and drive growth through your expertise and commitment to excellence.In This Role, You Will:Showcase Your Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.Lead Projects: Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly.Navigate Permitting: Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging your local expertise to streamline the process.Strategize Permitting: Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects.Engage & Grow: Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company's presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities.Drive Success: Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.Professional Certification: PE Licensure is required.Local Experience: Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.Work Environment: Ability to work in our Mitchellville office on a hybrid schedule.Join us and be a key player in shaping our future through your engineering expertise and dedication.
