Learn more at .What You'll Do:The GTM Systems team is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the technology ecosystem that powers CoreWeave's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance organizations. We partner across the business to deliver reliable, scalable systems and processes that enable growth, improve operational efficiency, and support exceptional customer experiences.As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and drive user adoption.Who You Are:5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizationsDeep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation toolsStrong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing modelsExperience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processesHands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platformsStrong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle managementExperience working within SOX-controlled environmentsExperience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiativesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environmentPreferred:Salesforce Advanced Administrator CertificationExperience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companiesWorking knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrationsExperience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar solutionsExperience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processesWondering if you're a good fit? Come join us!The base salary range for this role is $153,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
