DUNE Photon Detector Research Assistant

Job Description Full Consideration Date: July 12, 2026 Brief Work Unit Description: Support CSU responsibilities for far detector photon detector assembly and testing. Essential Job Duties: Assisting to set up and commission the vertical drift photon detector test setup. Develop test protocols to follow during testing of PD modules. Analize data collected during testing and certifying results. Integrating testing into the DUNE Hardware Database. Providing support in other general detector assembly and development activities as directed. Minimum Qualifications: BA in Physics or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Silicon Photomultipliers 9SiPMs, high-speed analog and digital electronics, experience working with liquid cryogens Salary Range $22/hr Required Application Documents To apply, please upload the following applicant documents.
