Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs. Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies. Monitor and analyze data to ensure progress and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to create meaningful and sustainable behavior change. Requirements Current BCBA certification through the BACB. Medicaid provider approval or eligibility. At least two years of experience working with individuals with Autism.
