What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by: Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient visits Completing patient intake documentation and maintaining accurate records Taking and processing dental X-rays Performing coronal polishing and sealant procedures within scope of practice Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment Supporting smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment Creating a positive, welcoming experience for patients of all ages Position Details Schedule Primary Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Must be available to work closing shifts (10:00 AM 7:00 PM) one to two times per week Monday through Friday Must be available to work 12 Saturdays per month 40 hours per week Assignment Information Location: Fremont, CA Pay Rate: $30/hour Openings: 2 Position Type: Registered Dental Assistant Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Permanent (No specified end date) Electronic Medical Record: EPIC Required Qualifications Licenses & Certifications California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Coronal Polishing License Sealant License Dental X-Ray License Current CPR/BLS Certification Experience Minimum 6 months of Dental Assistant experience within the past year (required) At least 2 years of RDA experience preferred Additional Preferred Qualifications Bilingual candidates are highly valued: Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, Mandarin Who We're Looking For We're seeking professionals who: Are passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities Thrive in busy, fast-paced clinical settings Demonstrate outstanding patient care and communication skills Work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team Align with a mission of improving access to quality healthcare for all Interview & Hiring Process No client interview required Hiring decisions are made directly through the recruitment team Virtual Microsoft Teams interviews conducted by Recruiters and Business Development Managers 30-minute video interview (camera required) Orientation & Onboarding Orientation One full week of new hire orientation in Fremont Attendance is required Pre-Employment Requirements All onboarding requirements must be completed promptly, including: TB Screening Drug Screen Physical Examination Hepatitis B Documentation MMR Documentation Varicella Documentation Tdap Documentation Fingerprinting Required Dress Code Acknowledgment Additional Information Timekeeping System: MaxView Detailed dress code policy applies and must be acknowledged during onboarding Why Apply?
