Bob Turner Plumbing, LLC is seeking a skilled plumbing service technician to join our small, dedicated team. This role involves servicing primarily residential plumbing systems, including sewer and drain cleaning and inspection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs, with availability to work nights and weekends shared among our other service technicians.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Utilize plumbing knowledge and skillsets to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, water heaters, fixtures, drain systems and water lines
• Perform service, maintenance and plumbing installations
• Maintain accurate job notes and invoices using Service Fusion
• Provide plumbing expertise and support for various residential projects
• Respond to emergency service calls with availability for nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Highly Preferred: Michigan Journeyman is a strong plus, but not required
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, sewer repairs and general plumbing service
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented
• Service Fusion experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
