Position Summary... What you\'ll do...Role summary: About the team: The AdTech Measurement and Reporting team builds scalable, cloud-native platforms for real-time data processing and AI integration. The team delivers detailed performance insights that support informed decision-making and business objectives. Collaborating across functions, members design robust tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Applying advanced engineering principles, software design patterns, and data-driven methods, the team ensures reliable, high-quality outputs. What you\'ll do: Lead delivery of scoped features and components through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes. Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency. Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and define success metrics. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering excellence. What you\'ll bring: Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices. Strong experience delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing. Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development methodologies. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligned with platform objectives. Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development. Demonstrated technical judgment in making informed decisions balancing trade-offs and long-term impacts. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
