About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. No prior insurance experience or license is required — we will support the right candidate in obtaining their license.

You will focus on generating new business through prospecting, quoting, and closing sales. We offer a $35,000 base salary for stability combined with truly uncapped commission potential. Top performers can earn significantly more based on their sales results.

Compensation

• $35,000 base salary + uncapped commission (no limits on your earnings)
• Bonus opportunities for meeting or exceeding production goals
• Realistic first-year earnings potential: $60,000 – $100,000+ (depending on performance and effort)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and any provided leads
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and close new sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals
• Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and underwriting guidelines
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business sales targets
• Work collaboratively with the agency team while maintaining a strong independent sales focus

Requirements

• No insurance license required to apply — must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) within 10 days and/or Life & Health license within 30–60 days (we provide support and training)
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required — we welcome ambitious individuals with a strong sales drive from any background
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
