The role offers the opportunity to lead people, improve processes, and drive operational results in a complex manufacturing setting.**What You Will Do:*** Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.* Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.* Direct preparation for and execution of internal, customer, corporate, and regulatory audits, including FDA inspections.* Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and cross-functional teams.* Develop team leaders and employees through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, workplace organization programs, waste reduction, and cost optimization efforts.* Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and New Product Introduction teams to improve manufacturability and support product launches.* Resolve operational constraints, resource conflicts, and production challenges to maintain schedule attainment and on-time customer delivery.**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.* Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience.* Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.* Experience leading operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.* Experience managing quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance metrics.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience manufacturing high-reliability electromechanical products.* Experience applying Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, workplace organization systems, and waste reduction initiatives.* Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.**United States of America Pay Ranges:****USN**: $118,000 - $196,700 USD AnnualTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
