Job Description Job Description General Accountabilities
Uses various computer applications, such as database management software, Office 365, Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Manages scheduling of all client activities for residential and commercial accounts.
Utilizes & monitors company phone/email system to communicate with customers and clients.
Builds services and ensures Client/Customer pages possess current information.
Sharing and inputting Client/Customer information across all platforms (phones, email).
Available for technicians during service times to manage service modifications or mitigate conflicts.
Organizes services and service routes for optimum effectiveness and efficiency.
Reconciliation of client accounts to cash sales on an as needed basis.
Various invoicing and organization of in office documents.
Performs other tasks related to service functions at the direction of the supervisor.
