Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Good Pay and Fast Hiring

Job Opportunity

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join the growing team in Muscatine, Iowa! The RBT will work directly under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and a strong interest in behavioral therapy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1 on 1 therapy sessions to clients in homes and schools
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA's.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress during each session.
• Communicate client progress and any concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide guidance and support to families to help generalize skills learned in therapy.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as an RBT
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and instructions.
• Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
