This position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Program is preferred. The candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant. Experience in 4-Handed Dentistry, Oral Surgery (including extractions and implants), and Oral x-rays/Panoramic is essential. Familiarity with EPIC EMR Documentation is required. This is a 12-week assignment that includes a 60-minute unpaid lunch break. The candidate will assist with various dental procedures, maintain sterile equipment, and provide patient care across different age groups. Additional skills required include infection prevention, room setup for procedures, and proper handling of dental materials. The candidate must be capable of obtaining vital signs and managing assistive devices for patients. Sterilization of equipment and stocking of supplies are also key responsibilities. The role involves working with both adult and pediatric patients. Interviews will be conducted via video conferencing. All candidates must provide a complete work history verification covering the last 20 years. Verification of the highest level of education completed is required. Candidates are expected to complete any necessary training or labs within a specified timeframe. Modules required for this role must be completed prior to the start of the position.
