At BAYADA Home Health Care, the work you do goes beyond tasksit's about building trust, fostering independence, and creating meaningful, everyday moments for the people you support.

As a Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP) you'll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You'll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presencehelping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.

We currently have priority afternoon shifts available from 1pm-4pm Mondays and Fridays in the Souderton area.

What you'll do as a Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Support daily routines like dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation
• Help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities

Compensation & schedule

• Starting at $18/hour
• Flexible PRN scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute timeswe aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
• Mileage reimbursement options available
