Customer Support Representative (Hybrid)Location: Lenox Hill / Manhattan, NYSchedule: Hybrid (Remote & Onsite Flexibility Required)Shift Options: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMDuration: Contract opportunity supporting a major Workday ERP implementationAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking adaptable, customer-focused professionals to join a high-visibility support team during a large-scale Workday ERP implementation. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and take ownership of helping customers through complex situations.As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing Tier 1 support through phone, email, chat, and case management systems.
