Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the State of NJ.
• BSN preferred.
• Must possess current AHA CPR Certificate.
• Minimum (1) year experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics or Long-Term Care.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six "small homes"; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. The homes and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our elders and their care partners.
