Responsibilities Candidate Documentation & Portal Management Upload and verify candidate documentation, including I-9s and identification. Ensure secure storage of sensitive documents. Maintain highly confidential files and records. Upload completed documentation to internal systems. Communication & Coordination Provide timely updates on document status to internal and external stakeholders. Compose professional correspondence. Assist with troubleshooting issues related to the Atlas portal. Escalate contract revisions as needed. Client System Management Submit documentation to clients promptly to ensure timely start dates. Maintain accurate and current facility databases, including contact details and onboarding requirements. Professional Development & Additional Duties Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. Continuously build and maintain relevant skills. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
